| Ry isn't much of a social sort so friends are a bit hard to come by. He has a few close friends online but no one he's physically met. He's always been a bit of a loner anyway so it's really no problem, but due to his shyness, matched with his appearance (cursed to always look pissed off) most people find him too intimidating to approach which he's fine with as his social skills are a bit lacking and he tends to stumble over his words when confronted. However, if a person is determined enough to try and be friends with him, it's not impossible. He simply needs time to warm up and would appreciate friends who understand he needs his space (though honestly it would be fun to have someone who doesn't understand personal space).
Surprisingly enough, when given the chance he can be quite the company to have. After all, he is popular online for a reason, he just finds it harder when not hidden behind a computer screen. Similar interests will win him over (i.e. video games). He also has a soft spot for animals and try as he might, he can't ignore people in need. So despite his reluctance to socialize, there are ways to accomplish it if need be. | | He doesn't hate very easily. He might dislike something/someone but it's more of an annoyance thing as he rarely lets himself get worked up too much (which is probably a good thing). Since his time in the spotlight, he's learned how to brush off things like hate so has adopted this sort of attitude in real life. Of course, that doesn't always work and some things are just too difficult to ignore. The usually quiet Rylan can get rather scary when he's pushed too much and if his beliefs, morals, or even friends and family are attacked, the shy man can become a force to be reckoned with. Fortunately, that doesn't happen all too often.
He has had people pick fights with him, much to his chagrin, and sometimes even said some things that might have accidentally come off as instigating. Online, he's known to state his opinions in a frank manner that could also cause some tension, but for the most part, life is relatively peaceful in this aspect as one would expect of a hermit. | | He's had two relationships up till now, both of which unfortunately were broken off. He hasn't really jumped back in the scene since and to be honest, he doesn't seem to be interested in advancing. He's a sort of go with the flow sort of guy and if attraction happens, well, it happens. Of course, due to his shy attitude, relationships are incredibly rare as a person would have to get close enough to begin with to even open the opportunity. Beneath that lone wolf exterior, Rylan is a bit of a hopeless romantic which only worsens the chances as he wants to find that special someone.
He identifies as pansexual, despite not yet having a relationship with anyone but women. He's more interested in who they are, rather than what they are and values a relationship where he can feel emotionally attached to them. Again, someone with similar interests would be ideal though someone who can get him out of his shell would also be interesting. Either way, the final is completely open and things such as crushes or anything else that could possibly fit this category are welcome. However, it's best not to expect much back unless they are mutual (or he's drunk). | | He's much more social online than he is in real life, so there are plenty of potential plots there, such as fans or even haters, as well as people who might work with him (co-ops! *shot*). I think it would be amusing if someone who watched his stuff lived within the apartments where he'd have to constantly try to avoid them if he ever figured it out cause he really doesn't want his identity getting out.
Neighbors are also desired and they can either love him or hate him (as he can get a little loud during his recordings) but compared to most neighbors, he's not so bad if you can handle the noise and tries to be considerate of them. I feel like neighbors have much more potential actually plotting with him either way, as it would be rather difficult to avoid them.
Anything else that doesn't fit the above are always welcome. |

What if once they ran into each other doing laundry and Dante struck up a conversation and then was like 'oh shit I left the oven on' or something and all 'can you watch my stuff for like a minute' and just kind of left Rylan before he had a chance to actually answer. And then he totally got distracted and came back like hours later and Rylan just avoids him now because he's so airheaded and obnoxious but Dante is SUPER DETERMINED to make it up to him and knocks on his door all the time. Y/N/M?

| Whats sad is I can totally see that scenario happening and Rylan would be the idiot who sat there for at least an hour or two before he realized the guy wasn't coming back, just because he can be too nice for his own good.
Yeah, this can and should happen and poor Ry will just be so conflicted like "why does he keep coming back? omg he has his laundry what more does he want from me?!" It'll be definitely fun though and I'd love to have these two interact :] Even if it's mostly confusion of Rylan's part and tryhard with Dante. I think he'd appreciate the effort overall though if he ever realized why he keeps trying to talk to him. |

tbh i read huband as... husband and i was like yes.. gareki.. husband. AND THEN I REALISED HE WAS A NERD AND I WAS LIKE YES ACTUAL HUSBAND. rylan seems so great i'm dead. BUT UM, onto the actual plotting haha.
okay so rylan and lia live in the same floor and you mentioned his neighbors possibly hearing him record. but i think odd/even numbers are across from each other so they're not TECHNICALLY neighbors but i digress. lia spends a lot of time in her apartment either sleeping/video gaming w/ headphones/writing with her music way up so i'm thinking it's possible that even if she could hear him recording, she probably still hasn't because she's always involved with herself more.
ANYWAY, lia is a huuge internet nerd and spends a lot of time on the internet and i'm thinking that she knows rylan as tyronic but literally has no idea that they live in the same building, let alone the same floor. so i'm thinking maybe they meet one day (maybe they both exit their apartments at the same time/bump into each other in the elevators/ect., ect) and lia doesn't recongise him at first, but then maybe she's like "wow he sounds... really familiar??" and then she questions him about it. "do you play video games??" "do you record your own videos??" "are you tyronic??" and if he tells her or not is up to you, but i think if he said know she'd definitely be really suspicious of him from then on. lmao. idk yeah/no?

I feel sorry for their neighbors. But, I like this idea! Tyronic aside, she seems like someone he could get along with well enough, if he'd bother actually attempting to socialize of course. If or when she does figure out who he is though, I think he'll be extra wary. Avoid questions, make excuses, all that junk. I think the only time he would admit to it is when the truth is simply unavoidable but he'd make her promise not to tell anyone (blood oath that shit).
It could really go anywhere depending on how things went. I think these two could be interesting so I'd love to give it a try :3
