[attr="class","block2"]The building has six floors, five units per floor, making for a total of thirty available apartments. The first digit corresponds to the floor - 11 is on the first floor, 44 is on the fourth, etc.
For the sake of space not every unit is listed, but you can take any unit ending in a number between one and five.
Apartments will have one, two, or three bedrooms - I'm not going to be picky about how many on which floor, so you won't need to claim that.
Make sure to check here before deciding on your character's apartment number, and keep in mind plotting will be easier with characters on the same floor.
